Monthly Meetings

The CMLWD Management Committee typically meets on the 2nd Wed of each month at 8:00 pm, but changes in schedule are posted here and on Facebook. Meetings are now held remotely via Zoom.  Upcoming meeting dates are posted below.  

• The next scheduled monthly meeting will be held:   Thu May 9, 2024 at 8:00 pm. Please note that the meeting will be held remotely via a Zoom web/video conference. Please contact a member of the management committee if you would like to attend a meeting.

• Our planned 2024 planned meeting dates are: Jan 10, Feb 14, Mar 6, Apr 10, May 9, Jun 12, Jul 10, Aug 14, Sep 11, Oct 9, Nov 13 and Dec 11

• If you have an item you wish to add to the agenda, or present to the Management Committee, please contact the District Clerk or another member of the Management Committee.

Annual Meeting

The District's most recent annual meeting was held on Wednesday May 17, 2023  in the Leicester Fire/EMS HQ at 3 Paxton St. in Leicester, and via Zoom (web meeting) at 7:30 PM. 

The annual meeting includes all of the District's proprietors. Details about the next annual meeting to be held Wed May 22, 2024 will be sent to everyone in April 2024.
